Frequently asked questions
Who can see patient records?
Access depends on the role. Specialists see their patients, coordinators see patients in their facility, and reception or administrators can work across a broader assigned scope.
Can I search across all facilities?
Yes. Reception, coordinator and administrator workflows include a global search using the patient's name, surname or phone number.
Does the record contain appointment history?
Yes. The history shows appointments with their date, specialist, service, location and status.
Can a patient be added without booking an appointment?
Yes. An authorised user can add a patient directly and assign the record to a specialist.
Can contact details be corrected?
Yes. Authorised users can edit fields such as name, email, phone number, birth year and additional record information.
Are PESEL and address always visible?
No. These fields are hidden by default in patient details and must be deliberately revealed by the user.
Can one patient be connected with several specialists?
Yes. Patient details can show all specialists connected with that person's appointments.
